Tracy’s Artistic Bridal Boudoir Photoshoot in Farnham, Surrey
I’m so excited to be able to write this blog and share these images! Tracy came for a bridal boudoir photoshoot, which we did at the lovely boutique Hotel de Vie in Farnham, Surrey, as she was getting married at the end of February and wanted to do a shoot as a surprise for her husband-to-be. I was absolutely thrilled when I e-mailed Tracy when she got back from honeymoon and she told me she’d be happy for me to use any of her images!!
Before the shoot we created a Pinterest board, which I told Tracy to pin images to that she really liked. This way she gets ideas of what to wear and I get ideas of what type of images she likes most. It also helps me to be more creative and create images I don’t normally / always do. Tracy wanted quite artistic images, and I’m really pleased we were both thrilled with the result…
Tracy says, “I chose to do a boudoir shoot as a wedding present for my husband as well as something to keep for myself. Doing this with Ginny was fantastic. The choice of location was private, the hair and makeup was fantastically done and I was made to feel really comfortable throughout. Her encouragement to research particular poses / shots beforehand helped me realise what types of photos I would like, and Ginny not only took these on board during the shoot but made great additional suggestions. The photos themselves were presented beautifully and the attention to detail in this was a really lovely touch. I’m so happy with my images, as is my now husband!”
Tracy chose my King Boudoir package, which included 6 high-res digital images and the popular ‘Little Black Boudoir Book’ with 10 pages and 10 images. However, Tracy loved her images so much she decided to upgrade to the 20 page album to put them all in!
All Tracy’s underwear was from Boux Avenue, the shirt she wore was her husband’s groom shirt which was custom made by Tom Fox in Guildford. The purple shoes are from Louboutin and the silver/grey ones are Carvela from Kurt Geiger. Hair & makeup was by the lovely Catherine Edwards, from Natasha Wiggins Hair & Makeup.
