Nicola and Martins Wedding at South Hill Park, Bracknell in Berkshire

Nicola and Martin got married at South Hill Park in Bracknell, which is a beautiful 18th Century arts venue with stunning Italian style grounds.

They are such a lovely couple and I had a fabulous day! We started at Nicola’s parents house, where she and her bridesmaids got ready. Everyone was so chilled out and it was a lovely way to start the day with plenty of laughter thrown in. Nicola’s dress was absolutely stunning, and I couldn’t believe it when she told me she had found it on e-bay for £200! It’s amazing what you can find when looking for a bargain.

The whole day ran really smoothly and I was very impressed with the staff at South Hill Park, especially Sally, the events manager, who was a dream to work with.

South Hill Park Arts Centre is set in beautiful Green Flag Award Winning parkland south of Bracknell. A hidden gem. The large, historic grounds are open to the public and include landscaped gardens, lakes, children’s play areas and woodland, all of which surround the Grade II listed building. A magical venue, particularly for Weddings and it really was a joy to photograph Nicola and Martins wedding here – with settings like this, my job is even more of a pleasure.
