Lauren & George’s Summer Wedding at Wasing Park, Berkshire

The Happy Couple

Fireworks from the start!! They met through a mutual friend at Ripley fireworks and things naturally blossomed from there! George proposed to Lauren at the gothic church at Painshill Park.

Wedding Theme

Purple was the main colour scheme of the wedding, it was very sumptuous and elegant. The groom and his party all had socks on with their position for the day which I thought was a really fun touch!

Venue

Wasing Park is a spectacular venue – well, in fact, rather confusingly, there are two venue’s on the site! The other one is the Walled Gardens at Wasing Park, which also looks amazing. Lauren and George got married in the main site which is just stunning. There are lots of outbuildings and it’s all a bit quirky which made for some fun photos.

Highlight of the Day

This is how you do bubbles!! They had bubble confetti – a bubble machine blowing thousands of bubbles out all over the place and also all of the kids had bubble guns!!!!
