I’m very excited to be combining everything I do and collaborating with the wonderful Melanie Moore (you may know her from her EFT tapping videos on YouTube) and Jacqui Crooks (an EFT master who specialises in Ancestral healing) to bring a powerful and transformative retreat at the end of April in the magical and spiritual location of St Nectan’s Glen in Cornwall. At the time of writing this, there are just a few spots left!

You can expect:

• Lots of EFT and transformative workshops to help with abundance and stepping into your power
• A cacao ceremony and possibly some ecstatic dancing with me!
• Some gorgeous images to capture the essence as well as gorgeous portraits for you to use for your business or personal journey

Empowered Goddess Retreat Day

The Empowered Goddess Retreat Day is coming back this Spring!

I ran it last Autumn with the lovely Amerjit Dhesi (AKA Gong Goddess) at her beautiful home in Shepley, near Huddersfield, and by request we’re making it seasonal! It’s like a mini retreat/photoshoot day where you can see yourself evolve through the seasons.

Why not embody a different Goddess archetype with each season? For example, your inner Warrior, your inner Lover, your inner Wise Woman, or your inner Green Goddess?

Dance Facilitator Training Retreat

19th – 25th May – Portugal

I’m so excited to be working with Dance the Medicine again to be part of the team on the new in-person Dance Facilitator Training in Portugal from 19th-25th May!

I thoroughly recommend this training if you want to be able to hold space for groups, help people to connect with their body and access their intuition.

I’ll mostly be photographing the event and capturing the energy, as well as doing individual headshots/profile images for everyone, and will also be one of the small group leaders (if I’m able to do all of it!).

Dance Camp East Festival

19th – 27th July, Norfolk/Suffolk border

Last summer, I arrived at Dance Camp East not knowing anyone and not knowing what to expect, just willing to make friends and help out… and within a very short space of time I was made to feel so welcome, everyone felt like family and I made life long friends.
What I loved most was the community and connection, the life-changing workshops and spontaneous singalongs around the camp fires… as well as the opportunity and encouragement to share my gifts and skills to help others in the camp.

It’s like a mini festival, community gathering, retreat and camping holiday with new best mates all in one!

I’d 100% recommend it to anyone who is craving that in-person connection and opportunity for self-development. Can’t wait to be back!

I’ll be offering some workshops and circles based around Body Confidence and channelling your inner Goddess, as well as facilitating some ecstatic dancing!
