Cooper Wedding Film 2015 – a personal project

This is something a bit different from what I normally do, and is more of a personal project – my little sis, Lindsay, and her husband Jonathan, got married in July this year (they had their wedding reception at the amazing Ridge Farm Studios near Dorking, in Surrey), and as I was a bridesmaid, I didn’t do her wedding photography (that was done by the very talented Rebecca Douglas Photography – www.rebeccadouglas.co.uk).

However, I decided to make a wedding film in the form of a video diary, not just of the day itself, but of bits leading up to it, and the day after, to tell the whole story! Obviously Lindsay and Jonathan were pretty pleased with it and I got quite a few happy tears! It’s nearly 7 minutes, but is well worth watching because it was such an AMAZING day! Most of it was filmed by me, although I had help from Lindsay the Bride herself (shot of us bridesmaids!) and Andy Marsh, who carried on filming late into the wedding eve dancing.

It was a really relaxed wedding with a festival vibe, including the brilliant HorseBox Photo Booth, beautiful flower arrangements from Blush Floral Design, hairstyling by the talented Sherrie Matthews from SM Style, and we were so lucky with the weather, because it poured with rain the day before and the day after, and was beautifully sunny and warm on their wedding day! Lindsay’s dress was from Boo Bridal Boutique in Hartley Wintney, and their amazing rock band was Flash Heart – check them out!
