Gemma & Richard’s Christmas Wedding at Wotton House near Dorking, Surrey

Gemma and Richard had a Christmas wedding at the stunning Wotton House in Dorking, and somehow managed to plan the whole thing in about a month!

It was a very cold (and a little dreary) December day, but luckily it didn’t rain, and the Christmas decorations and lights gave it a magical feel. Especially the Old Library with stunning vaulted ceilings, which were all lit up with fairy lights for the ceremony and Wedding Breakfast – that room is gorgeous!

Wotton House has so many gorgeous places for photos, that look different at different times of year, so I hope I get to shoot a few more weddings at this stunning venue in the future!

Showcasing breathtaking 17th century architecture, Wotton House, Dorking, really is one of the most exclusive wedding venues in Surrey. With endless photo opportunities, you can’t help but be astounded by the majestic beauty of Wotton House, with its elegant sweeping driveway and unique features creating the perfect backdrop. The hotel boasts unique Roman-style temples, ponds, a stream, grottos, and 13 acres of beautiful gardens that have been part of the National Gardens Scheme.
