Filomena and Adam’s Summer Millbridge Court Wedding with Rustic Pastel Tones and lots of Sweet Treats!

The Happy Couple…

Adam is an electrician and Filomena is a probation officer. They are a very outdoorsy couple who like to travel and spend time with family and friends. Adam surprised Fee with the proposal in a restaurant in Venice, 2015.

I was thrilled that Fee and Adam chose me to be their photographer, especially as I love Millbridge Court – I think it is such a great venue with lovely staff! It’s another bonus being a Farnham wedding photographer and knowing it so well.

Fee and Adam’s day was truly fun with their first class entertainment from Noel Qualter the Magician, and the amazing dancing by everyone. I also loved the thought that had been put into the decorations at Millbridge Court. The day looked absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous flowers from Hannah Berry, who I’ve worked with before.

It was clear to see that for the whole of this wedding all the guests were thoroughly enjoying themselves and celebrating with Fee and Adam from start to finish. The whole day just seems like it was one big party, which was lovely! It was a very warm and sunny summers day 🙂

The Venues… St Joan of Arc Catholic Church, onto Millbridge Court, Surrey

Wedding theme… Pastel colours and BISCUITS!

Fee’s bridesmaids were in a beautiful navy platinum grey. The bouquets had a large array of wild pastel coloured flowers, made by the lovely Hannah Berry. Decorations on the tables were very rustic with logs & vintage vases, and gold mirrors. The tables were names of biscuits! Fee also had a brooch bouquet that was carefully made for her by a family member.

Another beautiful aspect to their big day was Filomena’s dress, it was so incredible with delicate lace detailing and gorgeously figure hugging. This suited Fee perfectly, embellished with delicate beading.

Highlight of the day

OMG I had SO much fun! The Italians and the Irish know how to party!

I was so pleased we got to stop by Frensham Little Pond for some photos on the way from the church back to Millbridge Court. I love the beautiful setting as a backdrop for photos – it’s just a short walk to beautiful tall trees in woodland, and the beach next to the pond (gives it a seaside feel!).

Entertainment included a fantastic acoustic duo and Noel Qualter the magician. Kalm Kitchen did some amazing food as always, including the patisserie bar for pudding, which is always a masterpiece of not only delicious desserts but gorgeously presented.

First dance was a lovely cover by Jessie J followed by Black Eyed Peas to get the party started… THEN the Italian music started… There was some amazing dancing going on!!! I love Millbridge Court weddings!!
