The Happy Couple

Catherine and Richard met through a mutual friend at All Bar One and hit it off straight away. Richard proposed to Catherine outside an old church on the Amalfi Coast.

Catherine and Richards Pre-wedding Photos

The theme for the wedding was…..

Blue and Ivory with a touch of vintage. There were a lot of blue tones throughout the theme of the day mixed with classic ivory. The tables were elegantly decorated with small bird cages with tea lights.

Here’s the story of their day

I had my lovely second photographer / videographer Carmela shooting for me, so she went off to photograph the Richard and the boys, whilst I went to meet Catherine and the girls at Morden Hall. The ceremony and reception was all in one place, so that made it nice and easy for everyone, and meant I could get there early to take lots of photos of the venue and ceremony room. I was very impressed with the size of the Bridal Suite, it looked gorgeous…

Yummy Wedding Breakfast

Galloping Gourmet are the caterers at Morden Hall, and I totally recommend their food – it looks and tastes absolutely yummy scrummy! They also cater for Farnham Castle, where I also photograph a lot of weddings. Carmela and I got a real treat because we got all three courses, which doesn’t normally happen! After the speeches we had a little bit of time while the DJ and photobooth were set up for the evening entertainment, and there was some gorgeous evening light, so I took Catherine and Richard off for a few more photos…

Morden Hall is a newly renovated venue which dates back to the 18th Century. It is set within 125 acres of beautiful National Trust parkland and can cater for up to 125 guests.
