Wedding Photography at Bijou Wedding Venue, Cain Manor in Hampshire

I’ve photographed many weddings at Cain Manor in the last 5 years, and I think it’s such a lovely wedding venue (part of the Bijou group) so thought I’d tell people about it.

The great thing about Cain Manor is that it is in the countryside, just outside the village of Churt in Hampshire, so it’s nice and peaceful with good size grounds. It has accommodation for you and your guests to stay in before and after the wedding, so you don’t need to worry about getting taxi’s home or staying nearby. It has separate accommodation quarters for the bride and groom so you don’t need to worry about bumping into each other in the morning before your wedding. It has the option to get married outside in the summer months, if the weather is nice (although difficult to predict the English weather!). It has a beautiful barn-style banqueting hall for wedding ceremonies and wedding breakfasts, which can then be turned into a dance floor for you to party the night away! It also does excellent food (and I’ve eaten quite a lot of wedding meals, so I’d know) 🙂 There is a separate lounge area in the main building that is great to use as a kids room, where they can play games and do some colouring, or as I saw at one wedding – set up Sing Star on the playstation for some drunken karaoke later on!

Most importantly, from a photographers point of view it has so many stunning photogenic backdrops, from the bridal suite, to the meadow outside, to the wooded lane leading up to the venue, even to the textured wall of the barn.

Unfortunately the weddings I’ve photographed here have so far been under the name of another photographer / studio, so I’m not allowed to use or display the images. I’d love to be able to photograph another wedding here, as me – Ginny Marsh Photography – so if you’re getting married here, please get in touch! You can also see my wedding portfolio by clicking on the ‘weddings’ tab at the top of this page.

Thanks for reading, Ginny x
