Miss W’s Bridal Boudoir Photography for her Husband to Be

Miss W’s Bridal Boudoir Gift for her Husband to be….

Miss W Bridal Boudoir Shoot

Miss W wanted to have a Bridal Boudoir shoot as a gift for her husband-to-be on the day of their wedding. She ordered a gorgeous little album with 10 incredible images of herself for her husband to treasure – the perfect little wedding present!

Here’s her amazing before and after transformation with hair and makeup by our lovely Ema from Exact Makeup Art.

I asked her a few questions after her shoot…

(It’s so important to me that my clients are happy with everything and give me feedback)

I hope your shoot went as smoothly as possible! With hindsight, is there anything at all you’d change about the Boudoir photoshoot or would have done differently?

Nothing I can think of. It all went very smoothly and I was given loads of information beforehand that made me feel prepared

Please tell me how you felt with me taking photographs for your boudoir shoot – Did you feel at ease? Could I have done anything to make you feel more comfortable?

You made me feel very much at ease. I had been a bit nervous beforehand as this isn’t something I’ve ever done before, but you made it all very easy and natural.

Please tell me what you think of your Boudoir photos! Did they give you what you expected and wanted from them?

Yes, the photos were amazing, and perfect for what I had in mind as a wedding present for my fiancé

If these photos were done as a gift for someone, what was their reaction when you gave them the album (or images)!?

My husband absolutely loved the photos. I wasn’t there when he opened them, as I’d given them to him to open on the morning of the wedding as a surprise, but he kept mentioning them and I couldn’t have got him a better present. He’s even brought the book on our honeymoon!

Please tell me about your favourite photo I took, and why it’s your favourite…

Very hard to choose! Probably the one sitting on the edge of the bed in the bridal underwear and veil

It would be great to know what you thought of the location and the hair and make-up artist?

Location was very good. Easy to get to and park, and a nice setting for the Photos. The hair and make up artist was lovely and made me feel very glamorous.

On a scale of 1-10 (1 being the worst and 10 being the best), how satisfied are you with my service?

10!

Do you think there is anything else I could do to improve my service?

No, everything was brilliant, and I got the photos much quicker than I expected. Really liked the little touches too, like sending the photos out with chocolates and a hand written card.

What made you want to have a Boudoir Photoshoot?

I wanted to feel empowered in general, I wanted to give the Album as a present to my new husband on the day of our wedding, I wanted to show the sexy side of me!

Would you recommend doing a Boudoir Photoshoot to other women?

Yes, it was a really fun experience and I have ended up with some beautiful photos

What were you most nervous about prior to and during your Boudoir Photoshoot?

I was most nervous about being in underwear in front of strangers, and whether I’d be able to look good in front of the camera. But on the day I wasn’t nervous because you made it all very easy and natural

Did you want to show yourself or someone else a totally different side to you? If so, why? If not and Boudoir is something you are already very comfortable with, is there another style you would like to be photographed in?

I wanted to show myself, as it was a bridal shoot for my partner, but with a slightly sexier side thrown in too!

“Thanks again for creating such amazing images for us. Miss W”

If you’re thinking of booking a boudoir shoot for yourself, or as a present for your loved one, get in touch for a full price list and availability! You’ll be so glad you did ☺

Remember, if you’re thinking of booking a shoot for a special occasion like a wedding or birthday / anniversary present, your boudoir shoot will need to be booked in for roughly 4-8 weeks before you need the images, depending on whether you want an album or just digital images – it can take a while and also depends how quickly you choose your images!
